Bio

This journal exists to reflect on life lessons learned and journeys from dark to light. The idea is that perhaps in reading how I believe I have become a more joyful and optimistic person, you will be helped in your own journey. We all must find our own paths, but sometimes insight and strength can be drawn in no small amount from observing and speaking with others. I will attempt to gear this more towards a tool/lesson series than an autobiography, but warn that I may or may not be successful in this. Due to the personal and emotional nature of this journal it will be friends only, by request. Please consider your request and be sure that it is for respectful reasons and I will then be glad to add you.

I think it may also be good to read the entries in order. Maybe.
